The CVC number is a 3-digit code on the back of your Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or Maestro card. It exists for security purposes. Even if your card number is stolen, fraudulent payments can not be processed without the CVC.

Yes. A print option is available on all of our confirmation pages. You will see both a button that allows you to print and a one that allows you to send the receipt to an email address of your choice. If you would like to keep a record of all your payments and print a receipt at any time, you can sign up for an account at Hesab.az.

Yes. The receipt you receive after paying online with GoldenPay is completely legal and can be used as proof of payment in disputes with merchants.

We retry transactions once every 24 hours. If you experienced the scenario in question, rest assured that your bonus points and payment history will be updated within 24 hours.
