Do I get charged a commission when I pay with GoldenPay?

No. You are only charged the amount you chose to pay.

What is a CVC number?

The CVC number is a 3-digit code on the back of your Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or Maestro card. It exists for security purposes. Even if your card number is stolen, fraudulent payments can not be processed without the CVC.

I have a card without a CVC number. Can I still pay online?

Yes, you can still pay online with GoldenPay.

What should I do if I received an error during the payment process?

Send an email to cs@goldenpay.az explaining exactly what happened. Try to be as descriptive as possible in your explanation.

Are my transactions secure?

Yes. GoldenPay uses VeriSign, Inc.'s SSL Encryption to encrypt transactions. Verisign is the current world standard in data encryption.

What if an unauthorized person uses my card to pay?

In the event that you notice a strange charge on your account statement, you will need to contact the bank that issued the card.

Can I print a receipt after I pay with GoldenPay?

Yes. A print option is available on all of our confirmation pages. You will see both a button that allows you to print and a one that allows you to send the receipt to an email address of your choice. If you would like to keep a record of all your payments and print a receipt at any time, you can sign up for an account at Hesab.az.

I didn't receive the receipt email. What should I do?

Please send an email to cs@goldenpay.az and we will be happy to send you a new receipt.

Is the receipt legal?

Yes. The receipt you receive after paying online with GoldenPay is completely legal and can be used as proof of payment in disputes with merchants.

How does the reward system work?

One of the advantages of earning bonus points is that you can redeem them for rewards. Check out the Hesab.az Rewards pages to see what is available.

After I paid, my merchant account was updated but I did not receive my bonus points. What do I do?

We retry transactions once every 24 hours. If you experienced the scenario in question, rest assured that your bonus points and payment history will be updated within 24 hours.

My payment was successful, my bonus points and payment history were updated, but my merchant account was not updated. What can I do?

Please send us an email at info(at)hesab.az or contact us through the feedback form with the details of your transaction (merchant account number, amount, etc.). We will investigate the problem and make sure your merchant account gets updated.

Is GoldenPay like WebMoney or Paypal?

The short answer is "No". GoldenPay processes online credit card payments, as opposed to providing online money transfer services.

I have a company registered outside Azerbaijan. Can I connect to GoldenPay?

No. Currently only companies registered in Azerbaijan can connect to GoldenPay.
