Our office hours are 9AM to 6PM, so feel free to call (012) 510-1713 during those hours. We will happy to assist you.
You can send an email to cs@goldenpay.az at any time. During office hours, we will respond as soon as possible. After office hours, it will take longer to respond.
You can submit feedback through Hesab.az or any BillPay system at any time. As with Email, we will respond as soon as possible during office hours.
It is important that you be as descriptive as possible when sending us a customer service request. This means including the merchant and account number you were trying to pay, the amount, transaction ID (if possible), and any other information specific to your situation. This will help us solve your problem a lot faster.
